When did you realize this was what you wanted to do?
I think it was the moment that I stopped leaning into invisible walls. What I mean by that is that I stopped telling myself that I couldn't and just did. And I owe that to my community, because through them I saw the power that I hold. I've always gravitated towards a collective sense of community. Our success is shared, and that's everything.
What influences your work the most?
That's an easy one. My community, my peers. They are the unsung heroes of our times.
Describe your process of creating in a few words.
What do you aim to communicate through what you make?
Our strength as a community. Our strength as individuals. We are powerful and beautiful and imperfect and we matter.

I've always been a storyteller, and I think that has manifested into many things, from writing, to curating, to sculpting. I'm fascinated by the intersection of creativity and interdisciplinary thought, and I think I've always chased that. For as long as I've been able to I've been exploring and pushing my creativity in relation to others.
